Signature ceremonies that reflect the unique life and spirit of your departed loved one

My name is Miranda, I am a dedicated funeral & memorial celebrant. I specialize in crafting personalized and heartfelt ceremonies that symbolize your loved one’s life, and the meaning they have on yours.

Those we love never truly leave us. There are things death cannot touch.

The Benefits of a Celebrant

  • I help organize the funeral/memorial service from beginning to end, which alleviates stress on you and the family

  • I write a personalized eulogy and lead the ceremony

  • I listen to the needs of the family while honoring any wishes your loved one requested

  • I am ideal for families or individuals who are spiritual, but not religious. And for those who don’t identify with a particular religion or church

  • If you or your loved one belongs to a church, we can plan a personalized ceremony + church service (church service led by assigned officiant)

  • As we plan the ceremony, I can offer creative ideas, rituals, music, and readings that will uniquely honor your person

  • As a celebrant, I honor all lives. Regardless of age, gender, race, or manner of death I believe every life deserves to be recognized

To Those I Love

By Isla Paschal Richardson

If I should ever leave you whom I love
To go along the Silent Way, grieve not,
Nor speak of me with tears, but laugh and talk
Of me as if I were beside you there,
(I’d come… I’d come, could I but find a way!
But would not tears and grief be barriers?)
And when you hear a song or see a bird I loved,
Please do not let the thought of me be sad…
For I am loving you just as I always have…
You were so good to me!
There are so many things I wanted still to do…
So many things to say to you…
Remember that I did not fear…
It was just leaving you that was so hard to face…
We cannot see Beyond… But this I know;
I loved you so…
‘Twas heaven here with you!
